Erin implemented and administered learning management systems at a Fortune 500 organization
which greatly improved strategic planning for and access to both online and face-to-face development opportunities
for a globally dispersed workforce. Erin has also designed, developed, and implemented cross-cultural programs
in higher education, at graduate and undergraduate levels. Erin's intention is that learning should be quickly
and easily accessible, and it should immediately support the learner in performing at the highest level possible.

videography has a similar balance and fluidity. His deep understanding of kinesthetic and spatial relationships
has blurred the boundaries between artistic movement and digital content creation. Computers and cameras are his
lifelong companions. Eric has been able to leverage and evolve these skills as a small business owner, a teacher,
a consultant to educational grant writers and a videographer. With his creative eye, Eric elevates the quality
of ICO's instructional materials to make them more engaging and accessible with a focus on improved learning. Video

and create the organizational changes they desire. Nancy is an executive faculty member at Saybrook University
and Chair of the MA and PhD programs in Organizational Systems. She is a research member of the Global Society
of Organizational Learning and a Steward with the Bay Area Society of Organizational Learning.
